For 2 people.
200gr Pork or chicken
50gr Cashew nuts
1 Red paprika
1 Yellow paprika
1 Green paprika
½ Squash
½ Yellow onion
6 tbs Sweet Chili sauce
Noodles or rice
Cut the meat, paprika, squash and onion into slices. Fry the meat, and add the vegetables.
The vegetables only need a couple minutes, when done, add the cashew nuts and sweet chili sauce.
Serve with noodles or rice.
